What is the Blue Card?

The Blue Card raises awareness of stereotypes and unconscious biases that we all have, and empower us to address them in a constructive way. A physical or digital card, it can be used to signal intentional or unintentional non-inclusive behavior. 

A positive encouragement 
The Blue Card is not meant to judge or accuse others: it aims to encourage everyone to have the courage to point out non-inclusive behaviour, not only when it affects them but also when it affects others. Don’t be a bystander!
 

Physical or digital
You can carry a physical or digital version of the Blue Card with you, or simply use the term “Blue Card Moment.” When explaining your viewpoint, make sure to be respectful, and as a receiver, thank someone for the feedback and ask for clarification if needed.
